QUESTIONS FOR OUT SHOP

Can I also order on a business-like way?

Yes, this is possible. You can make a business account bij signing up with your mail address and BTW number. You will quickly notice the benefit. The minimum order condition for those low prices are 150 euro exclusive BTW.

Can I also order a gift card?

You can order different gift cards all containing different prices on them. You will find those on our webshop. In your shopping cart (alongside your order) it's possible to write a personal comment on the gift card.

How can I ask for more information?

You can always contact our happy customer service. Call, mail to service@happytextiles.com or chat with our customer service or get to know more about us by reading the reviews of other customers we've had. On top of that, you will get notified of new developments through our newsletters or social-media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest).

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER

Is my personal data safe?

The safety of your data is really important to us. That's why all personal data will be send to a safe SSL-connection. There is NO possibility that your data gets transferred to some random third party. For the continuation of your order, we need to transfer your personal data to the deliverers or bank. The deliverers and banks handle your information confidentially and only use the relevant data for the purpose of the service in question. Transfer of your personal information to other third parties does not occur. In addition, as a customer, you always have the right to obtain information regarding your own personal information, to modify or delete this information.

Where can I see my order status?

If you're registered as a customer on our shop, you will be able to see the order status every moment on your account. ("my account" and underneath "my orders"). You will be notified of every update of your package with emails.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

Push on the 'sign in' button top right of the page. Below you can see a link 'forgot password?'. Fill in your e-mail and push on that link. We will send you a following email in a few minutes containing the possibility to edit your password.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

You can still edit or cancel your order if you haven't received an order confirmation yet. If you already have received it, but not your package yet, then it's possible to contact our customer service. Pay attention: you need to do this as soon as possible!

Do I need to be registered to be able to order something?

No, you can also order as guest. Your data won't be saved since you haven't made an account for that. Of course it's still possible to register with the same e-mail in the future. As a registered customer, you will be able to enjoy the benefits though.

Is there a minimum quantity to order??

No, we do not apply a minimum number of items on our webshop. In addition to the desired product, you can fill in the required number per 0.1 and you will immediately see the amount. This also applies to our haberdashery unless "per piece" is indicated.

Is there a maximum quantity to order?

No. Usually we have everything in stock or we can instantly get large quantities.

Do I get a discount if I order larger quantities of an item?

There is a possibility to get a discount if you order larger quantities of an item. Do you want to make us of this possiblity? Then contact our happy customer service -> service@happytextiles.com. Of course you already have a discount if you order as a business customer.

Can I save a product on my account?

Yes, for this we have the 'heart' as wishlist. You can also compare the products with each other.

How can I edit and delete my account ?

You can change or delete your information by clicking "change" or "delete" under "personal information" in your account.

QUESTIONS ABOUT PRODUCTS

Do the colours look exactly as in the pictures?

The photos on our webshop show a true and fair view of our products. Unfortunately, color and / or structural defects can not be avoided. Even by displaying your PC, tablet or phone display, the color and / or structure may differ. If you are not sure about the quality, structure or color you can always order a sample.

Can I order a sample?

Yes, on the product detail page you can click on "order sample" at your desired product. You can request the desired sample(s) there. We request € 0.40 per sample which you can put in your shopping cart. If you want a sample card with all colours of the product you will get a discount and you will not have to pay per sample. Please contact us.

I need something that is not on sale on your webshop, can you still get it somehow?

You can always contact us, so we can check if we can find it for you. However, we can not guarantee this.

What should I do if an item has already been paid but is not in stock?

Usually information about the stock is given below the product. If this is not the case, you will be notified that the item is out of stock. You will then receive information if the item is back in stock. Can you not wait? Then you will get your money back. You can also change your article to another article.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are a fixed amount per country. See our webshop under the heading "shipping costs".

How long does it take before I receive my order?

We strive to deliver your item at your home within 2 working days. Usually you will have it home the next day. As much as we want to make this possible, there can be something wrong by circumstances or our package writer, and it may take longer than expected. You will be notified of this if it happens though.

Can I follow my order?

You will be informed of your order by e-mail. You will receive a track & trace code from our deliverer, DPD or PostNL, so you can always follow your package. This does not apply if you choose mailbox without track & trace.

Can I provide a different shipping address?

Yes, when ordering, you can specify a different shipping address.

QUESTIONS ON RETURN & REPAYMENT

How long is my thinking time to return the product?

You have 14 days thinking time after receipt of your order. Within these 14 days you should inform us.

How do I ship the items back?

You fill in the return form online and return the items to their original state. Please see our return terms, some items can not be returned.

Who is responsible for return shipping?

We will refund your purchase and shipping costs. The return costs are for you unless you indicate that you don't want the money back, but get a credit in your account at our shop instead so you can buy something else later.

How long will it take to get my money back?

You will get your money back as soon as possible. We strive to return your money within 14 days

What can I do if I have a complaint?

We recommend you to tell us about the complain first by emailing service@happytextiles.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through the Stichting WebwinkelKeur. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.

Can I use pictures or texts from your website for my own website or other purposes?

No, our images and texts are copyrighted and owned by Happy Textiles B.V. You may not use these images or texts without prior permission. You are, of course, free to ask.
